Bone Marrow Donor Recruitment Effort

SAVING ONE LIFE IS LIKE SAVING THE WORLD!

Dear Friends and Family,

My beautiful daughter Annie was recently diagnosed with leukemia.
She is responding well to chemo therapy, but will need a stem
cell transplant. Before we can do that, we must find a
prospective matching donor.

You can help Annie or perhaps someone else by joining the
national registry. A wonderul organization called Gift of Life has
made the process really easy. It requires nothing but a cheek swab.

If you can come to Congregation B'nai Torah from noon to 5 PM, or the
AA synagogue from 9 AM to 2 PM on Sunday, August 15, you can do the
cheek swab at either location; otherwise you can do it online and
through the mail. Go to this
web site:

https://www.giftoflife.org/Public/Online/Donor/Guidelines.aspx

When you get to the payment screen,

enter swab4annie as your sponsor code,

and there will be no cost.

YOU CAN BE IN GEORGIA, ANY STATE OR ANY COUNTRY TO PARTICIPATE!

The most important thing you can do for Annie and others is to
register. It's a very easy task for an immense reward: saving a
life. The second most important thing you can do is forward this
email to every email address you know.

On behalf of Annie, her mom Perla and her sisters Rachel and Molly,
THANK YOU.
