A short service that’s long on spirit
Led by Rabbi Ari Sollish
We are proud to offer a unique learners’ service on the High
Holidays, for those who may not yet be familiar or comfortable
with the services, or those who just want to learn more about them.
We not only say the prayers, we also learn where they come from,
when they entered the liturgy and why they are said. Key concepts
and central themes underlying the Holy Days are discussed, as well
as important laws and customs.
If you’ve been looking for a High Holiday service that is
uplifting, meaningful and non-intimidating… you’ve found it!
The Learners’ Service begins on Rosh Hashanah and
Yom Kippur at 10:00 am. Childcare will be provided. Following
the Learners’ Service participants can join the Main Service or
our new Family Service.
